Purchase a gift voucher and give the ultimate experience at our multi-award winning Gin School or new Rum School.

Whether you choose to purchase a gift voucher for one or for two to share, the lucky recipient will enjoy a ‘red letter day’ to remember at our distilling laboratory for adults. Led by our team of expert distillers, they’ll learn the art of distillation and take charge of a beautiful mini copper still to develop and distil their very own personalised 70cl bottle.

Gift vouchers will be posted by 1st class Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. An e-gift voucher code will be provided immediately upon payment.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. They are non-refundable and cannot be used against products or other experiences.

GIN SCHOOL

What’s included:

A ‘Start Point & Tonic’ for each guest on arrival at our waterside distillery.
A tour of our distillery and talk about the history of Salcombe Gin and the art of distillation.
The chance to develop and distil a unique 70cl bottle of gin, choosing from over 100 botanicals, whilst enjoying a ‘Rosé & Tonic’.
Select a name which will be printed on a personalised bottle label, before the finished gin is placed in a wooden presentation box, alongside your unique recipe noted in a booklet.
To finish the day, enjoy an additional measure of your own gin back in our bar, where our expert team will add tonic and garnish to complement your recipe.
Gin School visitors will also receive 10% off all retail purchases and 30% off your first round of drinks in our Distillery Bar on the date of your booking.
If you choose to buy a gift voucher for a lesson for two to share, your guests will share the bottle of gin they create.

RUM SCHOOL

What’s included:

Each guest will receive a Salcombe Rum cocktail on arrival at our waterside distillery.
A tour of our distillery and a talk explaining how rum distillation works on our traditional copper pot rum stills.
Create and develop your own recipe and collect your botanicals, adding them to your still whilst enjoying your second Salcombe Rum cocktail.
Choose a name for your rum which will be printed on a personalised bottle label, before the finished rum is placed in a wooden presentation box, alongside your unique recipe noted in a booklet.
To finish the day, you’ll enjoy an additional measure of your newly created rum back in our bar, where our expert team will create a bespoke rum cocktail to your liking.
All Rum School visitors will also receive 10% off all retail purchases and 30% off your first round of drinks in our Distillery Bar on the date of your booking.
