Gin School

Join us at our award winning Gin School experience where you will learn the art of distillation and take charge of a beautiful mini copper still to develop and distil your own unique 70cl bottle of gin. Lessons for one and lessons for two to share are available.

Complimentary ‘Start Point & Tonic’ on arrival and a ‘Rosé & Tonic’ whilst distilling.
A tour of our distillery.

Rum School

Join us at our new Rum School experience where you will learn the art of distillation and take charge of a beautiful mini copper still to develop and distil a 70cl bottle of rum. Lessons for one and lessons for two to share are available.

THE ART OF DISTILLATION

Take charge of a beautiful mini copper pot still to develop and distil your very own 70cl spirit. Learn about how we make our exceptional spirits whilst enjoying complimentary drinks.

PERSONALISE & TASTE

During distillation you will sample and name your unique creation before bottling your spirit and placing it in a presentation box with a personalised label. Your experience will conclude in our waterside bar, enjoying an additional drink with your spirit with a choice of garnishes and tonics to complement your recipe.

CREATE & DEVELOP

Create your own recipe by choosing from our extensive range of citrus, herbal, floral and spice botanicals or get imaginative by bringing your own. Our expert distillers will guide you throughout the process including when to make the all-important cuts which will influence your spirit’s flavour profile.
