Free shipping on all orders over £60
Free shipping is applicable on UK Mainland standard delivery only. Order total must be £60 after any discounts or promotions are applied. Free shipping will be auto-applied when the cart total is £60 or more before shipping charges are applied.
Track your parcel
You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel is ready for dispatch. When your parcel has been collected from our warehouse by DPD, further notifications will be sent from via the courier.
Please contact the courier service directly if your parcel has been redirected, returned to consignor or where any further information is needed for onward journey by the customer/recipient. You can also contact us on customerservice@salcombedistilling.com if there are any further issues or enquiries.
Returns
Returns policy
We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:
1) You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
3) Please send any return items to the following address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order:

Return in store
You can return unopened and sealed products to our retail stores in Salcombe & Dartmouth, however please contact our customer service team ahead of your visit on customerservice@salcombedistilling.com. Proof of payment will be required.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned items, order information and contact information, we will issue a refund via the payment method used to make the original purchase. If this isn’t available or your product was a gift, we will provide a credit equal to the product’s current retail value at the time of the return.
Damaged Goods
We have worked hard with our suppliers to create plastic free dispatch packaging solutions that keeps our precious goods safe whilst they make their way to their recipient. Although its very rare, accidents do occasionally happen. If you’ve had an unfortunate breakage in transit, please contact us directly on customerservice@salcombedistilling.com with your order number and photos.
